Chemmie Sokolic to Teach 3-Day ASTM Phase I Course March 5-7, 2024

Chemmie Sokolic will be teaching an on-line 3-day ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessment course on March 5-7, 2024.


This course covers the ASTM Environmental Site Assessment Standard Practices for the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (E1527). You will gain an understanding of what is required by the standard, how to use the standard, and how the standard affects the way you do business.


The course will also include an overview of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process for Forestland or Rural Property (E2247) and Limited Environmental Due Diligence: Transaction Screen Process (E1528).


We will also discuss the "Landowner Liability Protections" under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and why due diligence is necessary.
